Ocean B.V., acting under the name Ocean Recruitment, with its registered seat at the address de Ruyterstraat 34, 2202 KL Noordwijk, The Netherlands is responsible for the processing of personal data as shown in this privacy statement. Ocean Recruitment processes your personal data because you use our services, on the basis of a legal obligation or because you provide this information to us. We will not be able to execute assignments without this information.
  2. Ocean Recruitment does not make decisions based on automated processing about matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without a person (for example, an Ocean Recruitment employee) is involved.
  3. Ocean Recruitment does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Ocean Recruitment must take into account the liability for professional errors. The limitation period for this is 20 years.
  4. Ocean Recruitment shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation.
